September 9, 10, and 11 are the dates for this year’s Annual Songtime Bible Conference.

Be prepared to be blessed – by soloist Damaris Carbaugh as she shares through music and worship with us.
We will be staying at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa in Hyannis. The décor of this lovely resort is a classic melding of European elegance with a casual seaside flare. They have many great amenities with an indoor area that includes a pool, a wave pool, a sauna and jacuzzi. The pool also features a pirate ship with a slide (great for the little ones).
Check in at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa can begin anytime after 3PM on Friday September 9th at the front desk at the resort. Check in for the conference will be in the lobby after 4pm. After your check in feel free to enjoy the hotel amenities as you will be on your own for dinner. The Hearth ‘n Kettle Restaurant in the hotel has good food and great service.
Between 7:00-7:30pm guests of the Cape Codder Resort will meet in the Ballroom for a welcome reception they call – "A Cranberry Harvest". As you may or may not know Cape Cod is one of the top producers of Cranberries in the world and the reception will feature a selection of cranberry treats that will get you in the spirit of Cape Cod in the Fall. At 7:30 our evening session will begin in the JFK Ballroom.
Registered guests will begin Saturday morning with a hearty buffet breakfast from 7-9AM. Then, at 9 am we will be joining together for a morning of worship and teaching. Afterward, we will break for free time. We are going to offer some great sight seeing trips so that you can enjoy the beauty of Cape Cod. One of the great trips we will offer is a trip to the National Seashore and Museum. We haven’t been able to offer this before since they were closed for extensive renovation. Dr. John is excited to be able to share this treasure with our listeners. We also have at least one boat trip offered….however the plans are still in the works. Of course the Cape offers many opportunities for those you want to explore and have fun on your own.
After a day of sight seeing we will meet back at the Cape Codder for a delightful Grand Buffet Dinner where you will have time to relax and share your experiences of the fun filled day with old and new friends over a fabulous meal.
At 7:30 PM we will join together for a beautiful time of spirit-filled music with Michael Faircloth and a wonderful time of worship and sharing with Darmaris Carbaugh. We will also have some special testimonies that you will definitely not want to miss! Then there will be more uplifting teachings from Dr. Donald Hubbard. This is sure to be a night to remember for all of us!
Sunday will begin for hotel guests with a buffet breakfast between 7-9AM. The morning service will begin at 9:00 AM. Departure will be at 11AM.
